Mold Testing

Mold is one of those pesky perpetrators to the home that can go undetected for a while. Because water is so successful at squeezing into cracks and crevices, behind walls and under floors, water damage and eventually mold damage can occur over time. Not only is mold damage a common issue with homeowners, but toxic mold can also get into the air and cause health problems in extreme cases.

Our certified mold detection professionals are trained to find even the slightest sign of mold and moisture in your home, whether it be in the crawlspace, behind walls, or in the attic. This is one of the most important aspects of a mold evaluation. We will provide a water damage assessment, a mold presence, and damage assessment to include surfaces and air testing. This is called VOC or “volatile organic compound” testing.

Many times, mold is confined to one area or room of the home and can be easily taken care of, but other times, dangerous mold can perpetuate the majority of the home, causing damage and putting you and your family at risk. We do not provide mold remediation services but we can recommend a solid plan of action, whatever the extent of the damage may be.
